Where do I park at the Market?
Self Park - All shoppers enter Gate 2. Parking is free in Lot 2.
Valet Park - Enter Gate 5 for Valet Parking. Cost is $30 per car.
Please note that Fair Park and the City of Dallas control parking lots. Chi Omega does not receive the monies collected for parking. Please see Map under Directions & Parking.
Shared ride - Tell driver to enter Gate 5. Go to the drop off/pick up sign by the fountain.
Premiere Shopping Night - Valet Parking is included Nov. 16, WEDNESDAY NIGHT ONLY with Premier Night ticket / must show ticket to the Valet attendant.
Handicapped parking - enter at Gate 5, show the guard your Handicap placard / license plate and tell them you are using valet. Unfortunately, Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs.
Volunteers - All volunteers enter Gate 2. Parking is free in Lot 2.

Must I purchase tickets before arriving at the Market?
If you purchase tickets before arriving at the Market (see link above), your tickets are EMAILED to you. You may either print the pdf and bring it to the Market or have the QR code ready on your phone at Market entry. General Admission tickets are available at area Tom Thumb stores. Tickets will also be available at the door.
Do you have Re-Admission Tickets?
Premiere Shopping Night tickets are valid on Wednesday Night and re-entry once per day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the designated ticket holder only / valid photo ID required for re-entry. This ticket includes Valet Parking for WEDNESDAY EVENING ONLY (YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TICKET TO SHOW THE VALET ATTENDANT.) The Premiere ticket also includes two beverage tickets redeemable Wednesday evening only. The beverage tickets will be given at Entry to the Market on Wednesday evening.
Early Entry tickets are valid for Thursday starting at 9:30 am, which allows for re-entry once per day on Friday, and Saturday for the designated ticket holder only / valid photo ID is required for re-entry.
Will all the Merchants be open for shopping at Premiere Shopping Night?
ALL merchants will be selling their wares from 6 pm – 10 pm during our Premiere Shopping Night.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
May food and drink be purchased at the Market?
Absolutely! There will be outdoor Food Trucks - Tony’s Taco Shop, Crazy Burger, Yummy Pizza and Twizel Ice Cream. The indoor cafe', Auto Grille, features salads, soups, and sandwiches. Beverages will be available at the Cafe', Food Trucks and Bars located throughout the Venue. Beverages includes water, juice, soft drinks, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails for purchase. We will have multiple seating areas to rest, eat, and recharge.
CHILDREN & STROLLERS – CARTS AND PACKAGE CHECK
Are strollers allowed at the Market?
Yes, strollers and children are welcome.
Do children need a ticket for entry?
Children under the age of 12 do not need a ticket.
Is childcare offered at the Market?
No, we are not able to offer childcare.
Can I bring a small personal shopping cart? Will package-check be available?
Yes, however we ask you to be aware of those around you so that no one trips over your cart. In addition, for your convenience, we will have a Package Check Booth available, and for a small fee, we will hold your purchase.
What HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY is available?
Handicapped parking is available - entry at Gate 5 - at no charge for vehicles with Handicap (ADA) parking designations. Unfortunately, Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs. Entry to the building, aisles between the booths, and bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible.
