Where do I park at the Market?

Self Park - enter at Gate 6 off Robert B. Cullum Blvd. Pay a $10 gate fee, turn left and follow signs for Chi Omega self-parking.

Valet Park - enter at Gate 6 off Robert B. Cullum, tell guard you are using valet (no gate fee collected there), go straight and follow signs to valet (pay $30 at valet station.) 

Please note that Fair Park and the City of Dallas control parking lots.  Chi Omega does not receive the monies collected for parking.  Please see Map under Directions & Parking.

Shared ride - enter at Gate 6. (No gate fees collected for shared ride vehicles). Take first left inside gate. Drive to gate 5. Uber or Lyft drop-off / pick-up will be at gate 5. Ride a shuttle to the Market entrance, or a short walk.

Premier Shopping Night - Valet Parking is included WEDNESDAY NIGHT ONLY with Premier ticket / must show ticket to the Valet attendant.

Handicapped parking -  enter at Gate 6, off Robert B. Cullum, show the guard your Handicap placard and tell them you are using valet, (pay a $10 gate fee) go straight and follow signs for valet.  There will be no charge to valet your vehicles with Handicap (ADA) parking placards.  Unfortunately, Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs.

Volunteers - park in Cotton Bowl Plaza.  Be sure to display your COCM flouresent pink parking pass. Enter at gate 6 off Robert B. Cullum.  Go straight and follow the signs to Volunteer parking.  Park, and it's short walk to the market entrance.



We encourage online ticket purchase before arriving at the entry point to maximize your shopping time at the Market.

Must I purchase tickets before arriving at the Market?

Please purchase tickets before arriving at the Market. See link above. Your tickets are EMAILED to you. You may either print the pdf and bring it to the Market or have the QR code ready on your phone at Market entry. General admission tickets are also available at area Tom Thumb stores.

Ticket sales at the Market will be credit card only.  No cash sales this year. 

Do you have Re-Admission Tickets?

Premier Shopping Night tickets are valid on Wednesday Night and re-entry once per day on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for the designated ticket holder only / valid photo ID required for re-entry.  This ticket includes Valet Parking for WEDNESDAY EVENING ONLY (YOU MUST HAVE YOUR TICKET TO SHOW THE VALET ATTENDANT.)  The Premier ticket also includes two beverage tickets redeemable Wednesday evening only.  The beverage tickets will be given at Entry to the Market on Wednesday evening.

Early Entry tickets are valid for Thursday starting at 9:30 am, which allows for re-entry once per day on Friday, and Saturday for the designated ticket holder only / valid photo ID is required for re-entry.

General Admission tickets are valid for one-day entry Thursday 1 pm – 9 pm, Friday 10 am – 9 pm, and Saturday 10 am – 5 pm.

Will all the Merchants be open for shopping at Premier Shopping Night?

All merchants will be selling their wares from 6 pm – 10 pm during our Premier Shopping Night.


May food and drink be purchased at the Market?

Absolutely!  Food will be available for purchase at the Restaurant and outdoor Food Trucks.  Expect a variety such as salads, soups, and sandwiches.  Beverages will be available at the Restaurant, Food Trucks and Bars located throughout the Venue.  Beverages will be a wide variety from water, juice, soft drinks, as well as beer, wine, and cocktails.  This year in the Restaurant will be Nitro Coffee that will make its debut first during the State Fair 2021.  We will have multiple seating areas to rest, eat, and recharge.


Are strollers allowed at the Market?

Yes, strollers and children are welcome.

Do children need a ticket for entry?

Children under 12 are free.

Is childcare offered at the Market?

We are not able to offer childcare.

Can I bring a small personal shopping cart?  Will package-check be available?

Yes, however we ask you to be aware of those around you so that no one trips over your cart.  In addition, for your convenience, we will have a Package Check Booth available, and for a small fee, we will hold your purchase.



Handicapped parking is available at no charge for vehicles with Handicap (ADA) parking stickers.  Please enter at Gate 6 and follow the signs to Valet Parking.  Unfortunately, Fair Park does not provide wheelchairs.  Entry to the building, aisles between the booths, and bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible.

Please note:  Chi Omega Christmas Market will follow all CDC and Fair Park health and safety guidelines in place at the time of our show.
